Shipping custom made acrylic projects can be quite challenging at times, and thankfully we have become very good at it.

If your order is not received in perfect shape we will gladly replace it at no charge.

Shipping Policy

All Showglas Acrylics products are prepackaged, and stocked in our warehouse.

They are packaged in a way that keeps them safe from even the most brutal carriers.

Once we receive an order the package is scanned, and properly labeled for delivery.

This processing timer can be from 1 to 3 days depending on our workload.

We use all the best carriers that have proven themselves over the years to be safe, and reliable

Despite all our efforts to get your product to you on time, and in one piece, occasionally

there will be issues beyond our control. When this happens, it becomes a #1 priority.to resolve it quickly.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, or you happen to receive a damaged product,

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to let us know, You can either send us a message at Customacrylics@live.com give us a call 619 916 7936 at your convenience, and we will pay the postage for you to send it back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item we will either corrected item,

or refund your money within 15 days.
